John Milton

John Milton has more than 25 years of experience advising high-growth technology ventures. As General Counsel, he oversees legal affairs for Interactions, focusing on the company’s domestic and international growth and managing intellectual property, compliance and transactions. He also has extensive experience in Europe and other international markets, especially around data security and privacy. Most recently, John served as General Counsel for Imprivata, where he oversaw the company’s successful IPO in 2014 and the sale of the company in 2016. Prior to Imprivata, John was General Counsel at EqualLogic, and held senior legal positions at Symantec, Veritas and Lotus/IBM.
