Gaurav Bhatia, Chief Digital Officer at NewDay USA, is a digital marketing pioneer, with expertise in building and growing businesses digitally to drive transformation in the companies he has served. He has over 15 years’ proven experience in leveraging technology, data and marketing across industries in banking, finance, and travel and integrating digital marketing with traditional marketing for creating winning strategies at his senior leadership roles in Capital One, Sabre Holdings and NIIT Technologies. Most recently, Gaurav was VP for Digital Strategy at AARP Services expanding their digital capabilities. A speaker/moderator at digital industry conferences, Gaurav has also been a guest speaker on Digital Marketing and Innovation at Northwestern University. Gaurav has an MS in Information Systems and an MBA in Strategy from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal University.
